Demand Driven Africa is a division of Kent Outsourcing Services which started in 1997 providing educational, consulting and system support services to the Manufacturing and Distribution sector in Africa.
Kent Outsourcing Services is an Affiliate of the Demand Driven Institute and facilitates the various Demand Driven Certification programmes offered by the Institute.
In addition, Kent Outsourcing Services is a Channel Partner of Demand Driven Technologies and their DDMRP IntuiFLOW suite of Supply Chain Management software. Demand Driven Africa can provide Sales, Support, and System implementation services for the IntuiFLOW software.
Ken Titmuss is the Principal Consultant at Demand Driven Africa. Ken has an Honours Degree in Production Engineering and Management from Loughborough University in the UK as well as being certified and a facilitator/instructor for the following global organisations’ programmes:
- SAPICS – PPIM, BSSC, BMOM and the SCM-E Professional Designation
- ASCM – CPIM-F, CSCP, CPIM, SCOR-P, as well as the APICS Train the Trainer programmes.
- Demand Driven Institute (DDI) – DDPP, DDOP, DDLP and AEFP
- International Supply Chain Education Alliance (ISCEA) – CSCA
- Inchainge – The Fresh Connection Business Simulation
